location is amazing, 2 blocks from PGE Park, 2 streets over from Burnside, NW 21st and 23rd are 10 mins away from doorsteps, Powells is 10 minutes, MAX lines straddle both sides of my building and block with the stop 1 block away. hell, the walk from my house to the east side of the burnside bridge is only 30 minutes. lucky lucky devil.
